If you're providing services that allow multiple attendees per time slot, such as tours or sports training, you can configure your products to accommodate multiple attendees per appointment. Additionally, if you have multiple staff members, each staff member can manage multiple attendees per time slot.

There are two ways to collect customer feedback — before and after appointments. You can create checkout forms to gather information about the customer's needs prior to the appointment. After the appointment is completed, customers can leave their feedback in their customer calendar.
