Integrating Google Meet with Cally allows you to effortlessly schedule Google Meet meetings for your online services. When you offer services via online meetings, connecting your Google Meet account to the Cally app automates the creation of meetings for each service.

How to Install Google Meet Integration

Follow these steps to integrate Google Meet with Cally:

1. Authorize Google Meet Integration

   • Navigate to the App Settings in Cally.
   • In the Integrations section, click on Add Google Meet Integration.
   • Follow the prompts to authorize Cally to access your Google Meet account.

2. Link Google Meet to a Service

   • Go to the Services section in Cally.
   • Choose an existing service or create a new one.
   • On the service edit page, under Integrations, select Google Meet Integration.

3. Automatic Google Meet Meeting Creation

   • When an appointment is scheduled, the Google Meet integration is triggered.
   • A Google Meet meeting is automatically created and linked to the appointment.
   • Meeting details are available on the appointment details page, and confirmation links are sent to both you (or assigned staff) and attendees.

Uninstalling Google Meet Integration

To remove the Google Meet integration:

• Go to the Settings page in Cally.
• Find and delete the Google Meet integration.
• Alternatively, revoke Cally's access from your Google account settings.

Data Storage and Retention

Your privacy and data security are our priorities:

• Google Meet Meeting IDs are stored in our database as long as your Cally account is active.
• Google OAuth data is retained only while the integration is active and permanently deleted upon removal.
